Exchanges and Refunds
If your Texas Hunt Co.® selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, exclusive of delivery charges, within 30 days from the invoice date. Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange of equal value, depending on availability. The item(s) you want to return or exchange must be returned in the condition in which it arrived and in its original packaging.

Call Customer Service at 1-888-894-8682 M-F between 8am and 5pm Central and provide your order number. Within 1 business day you will receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number by phone or email. Please write the RMA number in the space provided for you near the return address at the bottom of the packing slip that would have accompanied your Texas Hunt Co.® item.

Affix the return address label to the original shipping box and ship.

After the item(s) have been received and inspected by Texas Hunt Co.®, the refund will be available (within 14 days) to the purchaser or (if an exchange is desired) a new item will be sent out.

Invoice Discrepancies
All discrepancies with an invoice must be made by phone to the Texas Hunt Co.® Customer Service Team at 1-888-894-8682 M-F between 8am and 5pm Central within 30 business days of the invoice date.

Shipping Information:
Regular shipping charges apply to shipments up to 12 pounds. Additional charges may apply to shipments over 12 pounds. Regular shipping charges cover shipping costs and insurance for U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service shipments up to 12 pounds to U.S. zip codes. Unless a specific carrier is requested, all Continental U.S. orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Service. We must have a complete street address (no P.O. Boxes) and phone number for UPS shipments. Some orders require additional shipping charges due to UPS package size limits. These fees will not show in your shipping total; however, they will be added to your order total. UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3 Day Select are available for an additional charge. All APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses are shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and are insured (UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes). Tracking of packages shipped USPS is NOT available. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska must ship UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping options for international orders include UPS International Services (available services depend on shipping location) or International Postal Services originated at the USPS (risk of loss increases and we are not responsible for undelivered mail). International shipments are subject to additional charges. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, shipping and insurance charges. Customer may request FedEx as a carrier when comparable service is available. Additional charges may apply.

The prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time. Sales tax will be automatically applied to orders/portions of orders with a Texas shipping address.
